We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor, who can ensure delivery of exceptional experiences to all the guests at the Ciao Bella. You will not only inspire, empower and lead your team with energy and drive, you will also have great commercial awareness in order to maximize sales and exceed targets.

As Restaurant Supervisor/Manager you will work closely with the owner and Head Chef to maximize opportunities and in turn, ensure the continued success of the restaurant.

As a Ciao Bella Restaurant Supervisor/Manager you will have:

- Experience of developing and leading teams with a minimum of 12 months in a similar role.
- A creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail.
- A strong awareness of food and drink trends.
- Experience in driving sales at key time slots through equipping the team with the

knowledge and tools to give awesome guest experiences and regularly review trading
sessions throughout the week and develop plans to maximise each trading session.
- The ability to deliver drink GPs to target by effective stock monitoring.
- Enable the business to hit the labour targets by correcting deploying the team at the right times throughout the week and trading sessions.
- A proven track record of growing the bottom line profit number by having the right team, who can deliver amazing experiences.
- Great personality and drive with a ‘hands on’ approach and leading the team from the front.
- Ability to deliver high quality experiences with premium drinks and fresh food to high

standards.
- High Food Safety and Hygiene standards through rigorous daily/weekly/monthly checks. With your management team, rectify any short falls or failings identified by our external food safety partners / auditors, in house audits or routine visits.
- Passion and care for your team to drive their progression.
