We also have partnerships with other schools outside of Havering and offer bespoke solutions and assistance to individual schools and businesses which have their own In- House catering teamsHES Catering on-going success is very straightforward We have amazing Colleagues throughout all of our sites bursting with experience who carefully prepare Healthy Fresh Vibrant & Tasty meals with the highest quality produce for our wonderful Clients. We serve over 15000 meals per day in our schools.About the job:-Kitchen Assistant Harold Wood School KitchenThe role has entry step Grade 1:- 61451 Hours per week term time only Plus 4 cleaning days during the School Holidays.To undertake the preparation simple cooking and the serving of food and beverages in accordance with the Councils contractual:-The post holder reports to: Cook Supervisor or Higher Graded OperativeThe post holder has no direct staffing responsibilitiesThe post holder will be required to work: As defined on Job ProfileHours of work:10 hours per weekTo support the kitchen supervisor in all aspects of the food service and to assume responsibility of the food service in the supervisors absenceFor an informal discussion about the post please contact The closing date for the receipt of applications is 3/10/25 however interest in this job may be high and we therefore reserve the right to close the vacancy early.You will be notified if your application has been successful.
