Wellbeing Receptionist

**Position Summary**
The Wellbeing Receptionist is responsible for ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are achieved, and that all standards are met and maintained. The Wellbeing Receptionist serves as the main point of contact for all hotel guests and residents, works in tandem with management and other departments to ensure guests have an ultimate wellness experience. The Wellbeing Receptionist is professional, positive and able to maintain a calm and friendly demeanor while delivering outstanding service to our guests.
**Job Duties**:
- Responsible for greeting every guest upon arrival
- Ensure health forms are filled out fully using Zenoti System
- Provide each guest with a locker and tour of facilities
- Process guests' check out, calculate charges and receive payments using Zenoti
- Provide guidance to clients on the procedures at the spa
- Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to clients
- Introduce new beauty products to clients and educate them on their uses and benefits whilst demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the treatments and products employed in treatments
- Open and close the facilities at the appropriate time
- Ensure that the front desk is clean and organized for free movement
- Assist in getting client feedback on level of services delivered in order to improve on service delivery
- Inform staff members of appointments that have been canceled by clients, and also alert staff members of the arrival of clients who come without prior appointments
- Assist in developing promotional events, which focus on increasing the clientele of the facilities.
- Manage the visitor register to keep record of people who visit the facilities on a daily basis
- Receive customer complaints and feedback and direct them to appropriate offices for resolution.

- Make, confirm, cancel and change appointments
- Provide detailed information about all treatments & services offered
- Ensure guest special requests are efficiently completed
- Competent working with mínimal supervision
- Other related duties as assigned by the leadership team
