Wellbeing Centres is a dynamic and growing Physiotherapy practice with clinics based in North and South London. We have an exciting and rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail to join our team. This job role is for a full-time receptionist working full day shifts (Mon-Fri) between two clinics.
**Location**: Kentish Town, Crouch Hill
**To be considered for this exciting role**:
- You must be an excellent communicator, both spoken and written.
- You must be proficient in using Microsoft and Google Suite.
- You must be able to work within our process/procedures with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- You must work effectively with colleagues as part of a team.
- You should have a willingness to learn and progress with a 'can do' attitude.
- You should ideally have recent or current experience working in this role within a healthcare practice
- You must be able to communicate with a wide range of people in a kind, professional and caring manner in both verbal and written communication.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to client queries and liaise with the Physiotherapy team.
- Manage appointment requests.
- Maintain client records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to colleagues as needed.
- Take part in all mandatory training, appraisals and CPD as needed.

**Salary**: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37 - 40 per week

- London, NW5 1UE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- healthcare receptionist: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
