JasperRose are partnering with a leading global FinTech company who are looking for a Senior Finance Operations Manager to join their growing team in Central London on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance Operations, this is a key role and an opportunity to impact the growing business at a pivotal time of growth. They have recently completed a major acquisition, making now the best time to become part of theirever-expanding global presence. The Senior Manager will be responsible for the operational function, including managing 2 direct reports and driving the implementation of streamlined operational processes.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing, developing and upskilling 2 direct reports, and further international indirect reports
- Business partnering with the wider teams to ensure all processes and controls are in place regarding banking and cash flow.
- Responsible for overseeing the reconciliation process
- Driving finance operation improvements across the group and taking a lead in a variety of ad hoc finance projects from the CFO
- Integration of new acquisitions into HQ systems
- Supporting with month-end and year-end accounting preparation
