Outstanding opportunity for a recruitment leadership professional to take over the reigns of a thriving specialist recruitment firm. In this MD role, you will take responsibility for driving and growing the business. Steering the firm towards and beyond a welldefined exit strategy, during the coming years.
Our client is a well respected firm, operating in fast-growth markets. Financially strong with good levels of performance currently, but also with lots of scope for future expansion and diversification. This is an opportunity to test your true commercial acumen;to conceive and execute a future growth strategy.
You will need to be a seasoned leader within recruitment, with a clear and proven track record of success in your recruitment career to date. You'll be unafraid to lead from the front with regards to your own client development. Most importantly, you'll beready to step into a true 'number one' leadership role within the recruitment industry.
