Blayze Group are working with an Industry Leading Residential Developer to assist them in their search in expanding their Communication and Community team. This role will be to support multiple developments with a specific focus on large scale residential project in Cambridgeshire. You will get the opportunity to be an integral part of one of the flagships schemes made up of over 1500 homes, 150 acres of green space, a school and over 100,000 acres of employment uses.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with local communities, and stakeholders within the development area to ensure positive dialogue and engagement, enabling local partners to help shape the plans coming forward and discuss any concerns.
- Develop communication strategies which allow inclusive and effective engagement with key audiences and the sharing of information.
- To plan for the new community coming into the development, ensuring facilities, information and support is in place.
- Work closely with the Development team to support the delivery and help to organise events at each stage of the development.
- Build strong links with partner communications teams and with local media outlets and identify newsworthy stories to develop content to support a range of channels including newsletters, PR, video and audio, and social media.
- Work closely with the Project Director, Development Manager and Project Managers, alongside the Regional Director to support the delivery of obligated community infrastructure such as schools, sports, and community facilities to ensure local partners and community are involved in the planning and long term operation of these.
