- Variety of roles, full/part time, weekends, weekdays, evenings. Patch based and mobile
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, graffiti, move waste
- Dust and wipe down surfaces including walls, windows, ledges
- Clean and sanitize communal stairs, corridors, hallways
- Rotate waste bins and replace liners, clean & sanitize binrooms
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
- Inspect and report disrepair and ensure health and safety of buildings for residents

- Driver license an advantage for mobile positions
- Knowledge & experience of cleaning techniques and products
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
