**Job: Interim Consultant Knowledge Management**

**Location: South East - Hybrid**

**Salary: Day rate or Fixed Term Contract rate available**

We are looking for a 6 month interim consultant to help an organisation start their Knowledge Management thinking ahead of a major digital transformation programme.

It will work with the senior stakeholders to develop a better understanding and appreciation of their present customer demand and contact and to develop Knowledge Management for chatbots, self-serve and automated channels.

We are looking at an individual who can look at the strategy and details understanding how Knowledge Management would play its role.

What knowledge and information can be utilised across which channels, how can it be designed and set up across a multichannel digital environment.

We will need an individual who has been through the digitised journey, helping customers self-serve with a more detailed instruction manual and information for contact resolution virtually. How and when, what we utilise, provide etc.
