Children's Residential Support Worker

**Annual Salary is inclusive of 1 sleep-in per week at £40 each**
Base rate starts at £12.21 per hour (£24,761.88 a year) to £13.32 per hour (£27,011.88 a year). Annual salary is based on an average 39-hour week, and is pro rata for part time.

**About us**
Smoothstone Care and Education provide safe, stimulating care and aspirational educational opportunities to children and young people aged between 11 and 18 with a range of complex speech, language and communication difficulties including autism. The young people may also have additional learning difficulties and display associated challenging behaviours.
**We are looking to recruit competent, experienced, and passionate support workers.**
- Holding a valid driving licence is essential.
**Positions**
- Full and Part time Children’s Support Worker positions available,
**Shift Patterns**
A combination of early shifts, late shifts and full days with occasional sleep-in duties. All positions include working some weekends and bank holidays.
- Early 07:30-15:00
- Late 14:30- 22.00 or sleep
- Full 07:30- 22:00 or sleep
- Nights 21:45 - 07:45 - (Waking Night Support Workers only)
