**About Smoothstone Care and Education**
Smoothstone Care and Education provide safe, stimulating care and aspirational educational opportunities to children and young people aged between 11 and 18 with a range of complex speech, language and communication difficulties including autism. The young people may also have additional learning difficulties and display associated challenging behaviours.

We are looking to recruit competent, experienced, and passionate support workers.
- Holding a valid driving licence is essential.

**Qualified Senior Support Worker starts from £25,512.24 per year, (£27,592.24 on average including sleep-ins)**
- Annual salary uplift of £500 on successfully completing the first year in the role, further £500 salary uplift for completing the second year with further increments offered in recognition of experience or additional responsibilities to a maximum of the top of the band. (pro rata for part time).

Full Time Senior Support Worker and Full and Part time Children’s Support Worker positions available,
**Shift Patterns**
A combination of early shifts, late shifts and full days with occasional sleep-in duties. All positions include working some weekends and bank holidays.
Early 07:30-15:00
Late 14:30- 22.00 or sleep
Full 07:30- 22:00 or sleep
