We are looking for an awesome **Customer Service Adviso**r (**Inbound)** to join our team.

Customer Service Advisors have a very important role with in our fast-paced print company With a high volume of enquiries coming through daily, we need someone who can stay focused, positive and give excellent service. Your role is to build excellent, long-term relationships with our customers through awesome customer service.

**What we need**:

- Highly organised & motivated individual.
- Fastidious attention to detail.
- Experience with customer interaction would be beneficial.
- Friendly telephone manner.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Keen to work as part of a small team with direct coaching and support.
- Experience in print or customer service roles advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Deliver awesome service through positive customer interaction.
- Advising customer on the best printed products to fit their needs (full training given).
- Adding orders onto our internal system.
- Preparing quotes for customers.
- Various ad-hoc duties.
- Being part of a great team helping to drive the business forward.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

**Education**:
