Team Support Administrator

Job Introduction
An opportunity is available for a Team Support based at our Hinckley depot.
Team Support is a busy and diverse role. Every day is different in this role, you’ll be relied on by many people and you’ll often be working to tight timescales.
You will need English and Maths GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above **OR** Functional Skills Level 2 or above to apply. Evidence of your qualifications will be required prior to appointment.

If you are offered a position, you will be required to successfully complete a basic DBS check that shows any unspent convictions or conditional cautions.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparation of construction packs and co-ordination of team activities
- Allocating work and managing the team’s in-tray
- Assist in the raising of Connection Agreements
- Responding to customer enquiries both verbally and in writing
- Supporting the Planners as and when required
- Assisting the team with work programming and manage scheduling
- The inputting of data into the appropriate data base as support to the Field Teams
- Assist with streetworks as required
You must be able to communicate effectively both verbally, and in writing, with customers and other team members and must be able to represent the company positively at all times.
