Hiring on a Casual Work basis.
- Must have CCTV and Door Supervisor licenses.
- Must be IT literate - can navigate and use Word, and Outlook well.
- All previous Casual Workers have been upgraded to Full Time contracts.
- Average Casual Worker hours of 40 hours per week.

**As a key member of the Elephant Central Security team, you will be responsible for. The protection of premises, assets, personnel, and visitors are the key priority of this role at Elephant Central.**

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out security operations in accordance with Elephant Central Security Policies and Assignment Instructions, providing excellent customer service to ensure a safe and secure living environment.
- Manage the security control room and systems contained within, including telephone enquiries, estate fire alarm panels and activations, CCTV systems and Permit to Work systems.
- Conduct regular patrols and respond to issues identified.
- Assist with emergency response and business continuity plans for fire, fire alarm activations, power failure, bomb threats and other such incidents, including escalation to out of hour’s service providers and emergency services.
- Help, communication, and support with first aid incidents, contacting emergency services and completing appropriate in-house incident reports.
- Respond to alarms and investigate all disturbances
- Providing support to Elephant Central residents, visitors, guiding or escorting as needed.
- Work in collaboration with the Metropolitan Police and Safer Neighbourhood Teams.
- Embrace the Elephant Central vision and values and their delivery into all building services, fully integrating such vision and values and incorporating aspirations of clients and stakeholders.

Undertake any other duty as requested by the Line Manager or acting Line Manager as might be expected or required, including assistance with ad-hoc projects.

**Knowledge/Skills/Experience**
- Fit and healthy.
- Possesses a proactive and can-do attitude.
- CCTV Operator & SIA License.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of one year’s previous security experience.
- Previous Security industry experience - Military, Police, Private.
- CCTV and DS license
