Visualisation Production Coordinator

The Visualisation Coordinator is a motivated and well organised member of the team who supports Producers and Supervisors in coordinating resources, flow of information and delivery of material on a project basis. They work closely with the project’s creative team - both internally and client facing - to ensure that tasks are briefed, recorded and reported appropriately to ensure timely delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Key day-to-day client liaison
- Ensure the production database is kept updated daily with notes and critical information
- Take, log and distribute notes and follow up on information as needed
- Support Producers and Supervisors to track and manage artists’ workload on a project basis
- Maintain schedule
- Provide accurate actuals reports
- Anticipate and communicate potential production issues to Producers
- Organise client deliveries
- Compile weekly reports to distribute internally
- Arrange meetings including but not limited to dailies, Cinesync and post-mortems.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour
- Assist Production with additional ad hoc duties as required- Previous experience as Visualisation, Animation or VFX coordinator
- Understanding of Visualisation or VFX generic workflows
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Production experience using Shotgun - or similar database
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to remain calm when under pressure
- Desire to work within very creative but fast-paced environment

You must be in the UK or Europe and have the right to work there for this role.
