We are seeking a highly skilled HR Consultant to join our team. As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in all areas of human resources. This is a dynamic role that requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide HR consulting services, including but not limited to: talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the client's business objectives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for HR solutions.
- Advise clients on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in employment laws to ensure compliance and provide proactive guidance to clients.
- Utilize social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and expertise for client projects.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience with HR software systems such as Salesforce, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Workday.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.

Pay: £22,880.00-£28,602.00 per year
