Catch is a fish restaurant and takeaway in Giffnock in the Southside of Glasgow. The restaurant area seats 40 people and is split over 2 levels; there is also a strong focus on takeaway.

Applications are invited from organised, customer focused self-starters who can demonstrate a good track record to date. An ability to promote, market and grow the business will be a must as will a can do attitude that will energise and grow your teams to deliver great standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Supporting the Manager, you will be responsible for:

- The day to day running of the restaurant and managing the floor and the take-away
- Welcoming our local, regular and new guests in a warm friendly manner
- Sharing our infectious love of food with both the team and our customers
- Inspiring and motivating the team, keeping them engaged and energised
- Providing ongoing, interesting and innovative training to our new and existing staff
- Ensuring our high standards of delivering good fresh food and genuine friendly service are exceeded all of the time
