**Job description**

We are currently looking for a full time FOH Supervisor

As a FOH supervisor you will be expected to support the business objectives set by your General Manager and ensure that the standards and service are being delivered. Ensuring that all due diligence is followed and completed, assisting with staff training and development, and supporting the management team in the day to day running of the restaurant and bar.

- Previous hospitality experience is essential (fine dining experience preferential but not necessary)

- Team player - you must be able to work well with others
- A caring nature and good eye for detail
- Cash handling experience (preferred but not essential)

As part of the Front of house team you will be expected to be part of the customer experience from start to finish. This will include tasks such as meeting and greeting customers, taking orders and serving food and drink, optimising the customer’s experiences by recommending items on the menu and assisting with their needs, following all company standards and most importantly **‘Loving the customer’**.

Starting wage will be dependent on experience. Full details of the role can be discussed at the interview stage.
