£70-£80k We’re seeking a rising Associate Director who is looking to take the lead with a superb PR team and work alongside the directors growing the division. As an integrated PR agency they specialise in luxury and corporate lifestyle and they have an impressive portfolio of high-net-worth clients within the luxury Real Estate & Placemaking, Members Clubs, Polo, Skiing, Hospitality, Luxury Travel, Yachting, and luxury Retail sectors. Based in Mayfair, with hybrid working in place, this role does require an Associate Director who has agency experience in luxury consumer and/or corporate sectors, a great business acumen, a strategic mind and the ability to inspire a growing PR team.
**The Role**
- Act as lead day-to-day contact with clients.
- Lead the junior team and mentor junior consultants.
- Support the team to develop integrated PR plans for campaigns.
- Work with directors to grow the division.
**In Return**
They will offer base salary of £70-£80k plus hybrid working, new business bonus (even if you were part of the pitch team), 25 days holiday in addition to Christmas off and full package.
