**Overview of role**:
Excellent communication and strong IT and organisational skills are essential to the role.

**Main Responsibilties and Duties**:

- Collaborating with other departments
- Liaising with clients + customers
- Raising invoices and handling payments
- Supporting clients and customers with the onboarding process

- Customer focused with a strong work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines
- A problem solver
- Adaptable to changing business needs
- High level of computer literacy, must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must possess excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- A trustworthy professional who shows respect to others in all that they do
- Eager to learn new skills and collaborate with others
- Positive attitude
- Smart and friendly

**Schedule**:
Monday - Friday 9-5

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
