**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette.
- Process repairs on our in house system accurately, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date in our systems.
- Utilise office software to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Using various brand portals to identify and price parts, and place orders.
- Support the service team with administrative tasks related to repair requests and customer inquiries.
- Liaise with the in house workshop team on a daily basis.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to multi task.
- Social media management experience advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in the watch industry would be a distinct advantage.

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
