Our client is looking for a Culture Collaborator / Recruitment Administrator to be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement and wellbeing of the workplace. Our client is a successful Cyber Security software house that currently employs over 125 people and expect to grow steadily into several hundred people over the next few years. This role is an in-house role located in Knutsford, Cheshire and is paying a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 plus excellent benefits including subsidised restaurant and onsite gym. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN IN-HOUSE ROLE, NO REMOTE WORKING.

**The role of Culture Collaborator / Recruitment Administrator**

**Culture Collaborator / Recruitment Administrator requirements should include**:
Communication: An excellent communicator, in both written and oral form. Ability to adapt communication style to a widely varied audience.

Conscientiousness: Pride in work, a high level of care and attention to detail, and a determination to always deliver the very best that you can.

Organisation: Ability to work on several tasks and projects in parallel, handle interactions with numerous stakeholders, keep to deadlines, and flexibly adapt your priorities as new important or urgent tasks appear.

Collaboration: Ability to work closely and build strong relationships with others, share work-in-progress and incomplete ideas, give and receive continuous feedback, and deliver value in small iterations.

Emotional intelligence: Aware of your own emotions, able to manage them, and adapt your style to other personality types.

Technical competency: Able to quickly gain proficiency with a wide variety of business support platforms and other technical solutions. Able to identify and help implement new tools to drive efficiency in our processes.

**Desirable skills for the role**:
Agile working: Knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies.

Commercial awareness: You're comfortable holding a conversation with external parties (e.g. recruitment agencies) and are able to address common contractual questions.
