**3rd Line Cloud, Windows Server, Exchange Online, Office 365, Windows Server, Azure Ad, Hyper-V, MS Azure, Hyper-V, Migration, MS Teams**

We are seeking to appoint an 3rd Line IT Field / Cloud Engineer to join an established MS Gold Partner company that provide the highest level of customer service through the provision of leading IT Services. Based remotely but also working on various clientsites you will be surrounded by industry leading professionals that will be able to coach and mentor for further career development as a cloud engineer.

Working with industry leading software and tools you will be able to be as efficient as possible whilst helping to resolve technical issues. You will be able to develop your technical skills in a supportive environment whilst being offered full trainingon new technologies.

**Purpose**
You will be a problem solver. This will be varied and challenging. You will use technology to enable business and solve issues.

**Skills & Experience**
- Competent and experienced with various types of IT hardware and software including Servers, Computers, Laptops and Networking equipment.
- Knowledge and experience in migrating businesses to cloud technologies such as Microsoft 365 using Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online.
- Experience withMS Azure, Azure AD etc
- Familiar with a job/ticket management system and the ability to accurately log down information and record time spent.
- Comfortable dealing with Microsoft Windows Desktop & Server operating systems and an ability to diagnose and resolve issues with these.
- Ability to take on the challenge of escalated support tickets with confidence to provide efficient resolutions to problems.
- Experience with scoping and implementing IT solutions.
- Understanding of Cyber Security risks and mitigation techniques.
