**About The Role**:
We are looking for a Brewing Superstar to take control of our brewing and technical processes and look after the Brewdog crown jewels.

This role is an awesome opportunity to work with a strong team across 24 hours of continuous operation within our brewing team. If you are an exceptional technical and process brewer with a great aptitude for a challengethis role is perfect

You will report to the Head of Brewing. The key elements of this role include developing an amazing brewing team with a Quality focus as well as the technical development of brewing to push the boundaries and deliver a real competitive advantage. This role requires excellent technical knowledge of brewing and the critical components to brewing quality as well as implementing projects, Capital Projects and innovation to keep up with our fast pace of growth. This is a very specific and high-profile technical brewing role with huge potential in a fast paced growing business

**About You**:

- Manage the day-to-day monitoring of the brewing process in line with plans and quality KPI’s
- Optimising the process to drive forward the efficiency of the operation without compromising on quality or key business KPI’s.
- Integrate with the managers on duty (Shift Leads) and mentor staff through their roles and how they effect the process and quality.
- Play a lead role in commissioning and integrating new equipment on a regular basis in line with fast moving business dynamics and needs.
- Build key relationships with Packaging, Maintenance, Production Planning, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams to ensure awesome customer service
- Ability to prioritise the Quality of the beer while still delivering on the brewing efficiencies and achieving the production plan.
- Ability to adjust and re prioritise in a fast changing, fast growing production environment

- Team mentorship and Coaching
- Ability to work well under pressure
- 2 years’ experience in brewing technical role or equivalent.
- 2 years’ experience using lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.
- 5 years brewing experience in a medium/large brewery.
- Experience in recipe and process adjustment to meet stringent quality and operational KPI’s.
- Experience in a Process Software a plus
- Experience in Process Improvement a plus
- Good mechanical and electrical aptitude to assist with prioritising maintenance activities during production.
- Experience with production planning in a changing environment to be able to prioritise the right beer in the right way on time and with the highest quality.
- IBD Diploma/MSc Brewing & Distilling or equivalent
- IBD Master Brewer or working toward this qualification would be advantageous.
