**JOB TITLE**:Marketing Assistant (TEMP-PERM)

**COMPANY**: Marketing & Advertising

**DURATION**:TEMP-PERM (Huge potential to become permanent)

**HOURS**: 09.30am-17.30pm

**START**: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period

**SALARY**: £23,000-£25,000* Depending on experience

**LOCATION**: Walking distance from Bank station. (Remote, 1 day a week in the office)

**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:

- Preserving the quality of the data in the CRM system by checking new records every day
- Handling mailing lists
- Finding new links for projects using tools such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
- Updating websites
- Collaborating with the wider team to generate marketing communications plans for B2B events, then presenting those plans with:

- Frequent social content, principally on LinkedIn and Twitter
- Providing other administrative support as and when required
- Organising teams of writers and designers in producing projects
- Joining conferences in locations around the world

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:

- A proactive individual who can work effectively independently, will mostly work from home and won't be micro-managed
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with technology (ideally, have used one or more of Hubspot, Doitdigital, Canva, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager - but not essential)
- Someone who is naturally organised
- Confidence is key, be prepared to liaise with senior executives, and clientele
- A genuine passion and enthusiasm for a career within marketing
- Someone who is patient, resilient, and self-motivated
