OverviewSenior Digital Marketing Executive (temp-to-perm) – SE1. This is a hands-on role for a curious, initiative-taking marketer to join our growing B2B agency. The position is initially maternity cover on a temp-to-perm basis, with a potential to become permanent after successful probation and fit. What we're looking forThis role requires initiative, curiosity and confidence, with the ability to hit the ground running and collaborate closely with others.The roleMarketing campaign management: work from strategic plans provided by our strategists to set up and optimise insight-driven campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads. Other channels such as Meta, Reddit, email and Programmatic may be involved on some accounts.Performance reporting: use reporting data tools such as Google Analytics to track, optimise, and report campaign performance to clients.Multichannel delivery: contribute across direct mail, events, organic social, SEO and GEO; demonstrate curiosity and experience with AI tools in work.Strategic support: produce audits and analyses to shape smart, insight-led campaigns, including SEO research and competitor analysis.You’ll need:Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing agency environmentProven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Analytics 4Strong communication skills and numerical confidenceHigh standards and excellent attention to detailEssentialsLocation: London Bridge (hybrid, with 2 days in the office each week)Contract: Temp-to-perm, initially until March 2027, with potential to go permanentTraining: Dedicated training budget and in-house training opportunitiesHoliday: 31 days with an additional day off for your birthday and the option to buy morePerks: long-service rewards, ride-to-work scheme, travel loans, eye care, child care vouchers and more (for all permanent employees)How to applyTo be considered for this role, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.Due to volume of applicants we may not be able to respond to every applicant individually – we do read and value every CV.Why Velo?We’re a team of 20 people who care deeply about the work we do.
