We are looking for a ambitious receptionist to join our friendly long established practice.

We are a mixed dental practice carrying out daily smile make overs as well as general NHS dentistry.

Must be able to work as part of our amazing team.

The practice has recently been refurbished to a high standard.

Experience of working in a dental practice preferred but not essential.

Full Time Hours : Monday - Friday 37.5

Duties will include:
Operate the practice software SFD

Answering the telephone and deal with patient enquiries in an efficient, positive and friendly manner

Receive patients and visitors in a prompt, friendly professional manner

Notify clinicians of patients arrival

Schedule patient appointments

Operate the practice recall system

Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payment policy

Liaise with dental laboratories recording lab work in and out of the practice

Deal with patient feedback in an appropriate manner and feed back to the practice manager about patient comments and complaints

Manage the appointment book effectively to ensure targets are met

Keep reception clean, tidy and welcoming

Engage conversation with patients to ensure they feel at ease

Follow all policies in line with CQC requirements

Act confidentially

Ensure the environment is safe

**Job Types**: Full-time
