Partner Financial are working with aFMCG business who are embarking on an exciting period of change and transformation. The business has invested heavily across new revenue streams under the new visionary management team, which looks set to cement the businessas the market leader. The business is now looking to build a best-in-class finance function to support the growth of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Business partnering the Sales team to drive improvements and financial awareness
- Developing cashflow forecasting process to support reliable currency identification
- Supporting business case approvals and project tracking
- Using insights to advise on decisions to reduce costs, increase profit and revenue, balancing financial performance with customer value proposition
- Delivering the financial plan and forecasts, including the reporting of cost saving initiatives and strategy
- Providing input and challenge into decision making from both a business and financial perspective
- Assisting in the delivery of new systems and processes to add value to the business and drive efficiencies
- Working with the offshore finance team to deliver the monthly reporting
- Supporting operational business decisions and advising on actions to maximise business value, considering the wider impacts of decisions across the Group
- Managing a stable and successful team of 5 Finance Business Partners
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in FMCG or a consumer business would be advantageous
- Able to deliver with exceptional levels of accuracy, placing a high regard on achieving excellence
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing key individuals
- Excellent IT literacy, especiallyMS Excel
