The Emerging Markets (EM) Credit desk is part of the Global Emerging Markets (GEM) franchise. The trading desk acts as a market maker in EM Credit products to provide liquidity to our clients.

You will hold the position of EM Credit Trader, trading credit products. You will partner closely with the Institutional Client Group (ICG), Analysts and infrastructure functions including finance, technology and risk.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Act as a market maker to provide liquidity to our client counterparties in EM Credit products
- Help drive our EM credit revenue and client franchise through risk management and by expanding activity through deepening and broadening of our client penetration
- Leverage the ICG sales team to source liquidity and service client counterparties
- Responsibility for offering leadership to other team members on the desk
- Helping build the Deutsche Bank EM Credit franchise with client counterparties & capturing market share
- Create a positive and effective work environment conducive to open communications, taking initiative, and a collaborative problem-solving team culture

**Your skills and experience**
- Previous experience in the EM Credit market
- Existing relationships with client counterparties active in this space
- History of strong risk management and profitable trading
