We are looking for a full time office-based Office Coordinator to help us maintain a secure and well-functioning work environment at our new A grade offices at Stockport Exchange.
This is an exciting time to join us here at the ONP Group. Every day, we help thousands of our clients to navigate the legal side of buying, selling and re-mortgaging their properties, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, well-established but very much growing legal services business.
**Duties include, but are not limited to**:
- Ensuring that in-house facilities are running smoothly and at a high standard across both floors
- Acting as point of contact in the Stockport office for all facilities-related helpdesk queries
- Maintaining and preparing meeting spaces
- Providing ad hoc support & catering for meetings
- Assisting with logistics and supplies for in-house events
- Ordering kitchen & catering supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Liaising with contractors, cleaners and suppliers & managing service contracts
- Liaising with the Compliance Team to ensure the office complies with health & safety regulations, including fire safety
- Coordination & daily monitoring of the fire marshal & first aider rotas to ensure adequate coverage
- Establishing a good working relationship with the building management team and Reception
- Accepting/checking of deliveries
- Carrying out weekly checks of vacant Hazel Grove properties
- Occasional travel (once or twice a month) to our Stoke offices
**The Person**
- Ideally experienced in working in a Facilities or Office Admin role
- A self-starter with the ability to multitask and be hands-on as the business requires; some flexibility around working hours required
- A good written and verbal communicator, able to communicate confidently across all organisational levels
- A can-do attitude and professional manner
- Either qualified or willing to train as a first aider & fire marshal
- Keen, willing to learn and develop
- Able to keep calm under pressure
- Driver with access to vehicle preferred
