**Key Responsibilities**
- **Diary Management**: Schedule and coordinate daily activities, ensuring seamless operations for our staff.
- **Client Liaison**: Communicate with clients professionally, providing updates and handling queries with a problem-solving mindset.
- **Estimates & Quotes**: Prepare and send estimates and quotes based on field reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- **Administrative Support**: Maintain accurate records of jobs, communications, and reports.
- **Team Coordination**: Act as the central point of contact, ensuring smooth communication between all team members.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be:
- **Highly Organised**: Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- **Proactive**: Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- **Experienced**: A background in office administration, property management, facilities management, construction or a similar industry is a bonus.
- **Customer-Focused**: Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Confident with office software like Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.

**How to Apply**

Pay: £13,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
