Join NOV's Rig Technologies team in Montrose as a **Technical Planner**in our Repair Group, where you’ll help support the full lifecycle of NOV equipment by coordinating critical aftermarket services. This includes repair, spare parts, equipment rentals, field support, and customer training.

**About the Role**

As a Technical Planner, you will be a key part of our Aftermarket Operations team, ensuring that production schedules run efficiently and that all planning activities are aligned with customer and operational requirements. You'll act as a central hub between sales, purchasing, engineering, stores, and service teams to support timely, high-quality service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, expedite, and adjust repair operations to minimize delays.
- Update Sales Orders and Work Orders in response to scheduling or scope changes.
- Present operational updates in weekly sales and management meetings.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient production and repair processes.
- Manage customer interactions related to technical queries, quotations, and order status.
- Coordinate third-party inspections and documentation for incoming and outgoing parts.
- Maintain accurate job records, quote logs, and WIP updates.
- Collaborate with Purchasing to track materials and vendor delivery timelines.
- Support Stores in transport documentation, packing accuracy, and inventory control.
- Raise and manage customer and vendor POs as required.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Required**:

- Planning or coordination experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel on short notice
- Full, clean driving licence

**Preferred**:

- Experience with ERP systems and technical documentation
- Familiarity with QA procedures and vendor coordination
