Production Planner

**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Interface with production, sales, purchasing and suppliers in order to schedule material and production to meet the customer demand.
- Ensure raw material deliveries are aligned to production requirements.
- Establish plant production schedules, WIP job management.
- Identify and react to material plans that do not meet customer requirements.
- Prepare and implement work orders and plans as required.
- Identify constraints within production plan and take action to mitigate.
- Manage supplier dates in line with production requirements.
- Drive key business metrics such as on-time delivery, delivery date accuracy.
- Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering to provide production information.
**Requirements**:
- Desirable to have worked in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to work in both Metric & Imperial units.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to be proactive and problem solve with own initiative.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, good time keeping and attendance, self-motivated.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
