**Position**: Head of Account Management
**My client** is a leading Marketing and PR agency known for its innovative campaigns, creative strategies, and exceptional client service. We work with a diverse range of clients, from cutting-edge startups to well-established brands, helping them achieve their business goals through strategic communication and marketing initiatives.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
As the Head of Account Management, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships, driving client satisfaction and growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure exceptional client service delivery.
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive client success and satisfaction, while also identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, PR, and marketing, to develop and execute integrated campaigns that align with client objectives.
- Overseeing the creation and presentation of client proposals, reports, and performance metrics, demonstrating the value and impact of our services.
- Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs, and providing strategic insights to drive client success.
- Managing and resolving any client escalations or issues promptly and professionally.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (X+ years) in account management within a marketing, PR, or advertising agency environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to drive client success and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, while managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in industry tools and platforms for project management, reporting, and analytics.

**Salary**: £58,000.00-£68,000.00 per year

**Education**:
