**The Role**:
As an Entry-Level Call Centre Agent, you’ll be the voice of our clients, handling customer interactions with professionalism and care. Whether making outbound calls or responding to enquiries, you'll play a vital role in supporting marketing campaigns and ensuring high-quality customer experiences. No previous experience is required — full training is provided.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers as part of marketing campaigns
- Respond to incoming calls, providing accurate information and friendly service
- Maintain a clear understanding of client products and promotions
- Accurately record customer information and call outcomes
- Handle basic queries and pass on more complex issues to the appropriate team
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets
- Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm

- Strong communication and listening skills
- A confident, friendly phone manner
- Motivation to learn and grow in a customer-focused role
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to work with call centre systems
- A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others
- No prior call centre experience needed — just the right mindset
