Join our team as a Retail Sales Advisor **earning £11 - £19 per hour.** You'll enjoy the flexibility and support you need to make an impact**:be the trusted advisor**, helping people make better decisions about their health, hitting targets and delivering cracking customer service with an opportunity to earn uncapped commission.

This role would suit someone already established as** self-employed** but requires additional income.

**What does a typical day look like?**:

- work 6 - 18 hours over 1-3 days a week, including weekend work (it can be more than this or less, you decide what hours you work)
- with no barriers and no doors, you'll be meeting our customers face-to-face to have conversations with members of the public
- spend time understanding our customer's needs and want to offer the best solution
- engage people in a free spinal health check using our digital app and encourage them to take advantage of our promotional offer for a full consultation in the chiropractic centre.
- demonstrate expertise about our services through learning the skills to become the trusted advisor
- £11 per hour base pay plus commission payments (on top of an hourly rate) are made for sales of Health Vouchers - potential to earn £100-150 for a day's work

- All training provided - no previous experience required

**What will I be working on (responsibilities)?**:

- Attend events and other public locations with a screening stand to promote Life Balance Chiropractic (full COVID risk assessments have been carried out)
- Educate the general public about Chiropractic (training provided for this) and how it can help support health, well-being and better quality of life.
- Interact with the public on their specific health concerns and sell vouchers for an in-clinic assessment.
- Collection and drop-off of kit at pre-determined locations
- Take payments and manage paper trail of sales
- Provide exceptional service and after-sales service by taking payment promptly and booking their appointment in a timely matter.
- Reporting to the management of your key metrics to monitor performance and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing efforts
- Care for the kit and ensure it is kept clean and safe
