Youll enjoy the flexibility and support you need to make an impact: be the trusted advisor helping people make better decisions about their health hitting targets and delivering cracking customer service with an opportunity to earn uncapped commission.Full training provided. All training will be given both in using the equipment and more general training around how Chiropractic works and how care can help people live better lives. No previous experience is necessary.A can-do attitude and professional outgoing extravert confident personality are important for this role to give potential new clients a great first experience of us as a business.What youll do:with no barriers and no doors youll be meeting our customers face to face in public at events stalls and businesses to have conversations with members of the public.you will spend time understanding our customers needs to offer the best solutionyou will engage people in a free spinal health check using our digital app and encouraging them to take advantage of our promotional offer for a full consultation in the chiropractic centre.you will demonstrate expertise about our services through learning the skills to become the trusted advisor.work 6 - 12 hours over 1-2 days including weekend work (Thursday and Saturday) (it can be more than this or less you decide what hours you work).12 per hour base payCommission payments (on top of an hourly rate) are made for sales of promotional Consultation Vouchers sold (booked & paid) potential to earn 100-150 for a days workEvents are booked based on your availability.All training provided no previous experience requiredWhat youll bring:- A can-do attitude and a professional outgoing confident personality that can engage people- High energy and able to start conversations with people- Keen interest in natural health- Brilliant enthusiasm and communication skills- A willingness to learn to be confident in the delivery of information- Reliable punctual and committed to supporting the team- Passionate about making a difference in peoples lives- Honest loyal and trustworthy- Brilliant listening skills and attention to detail- Ability to empathise and understand customers- Your dedication to meeting shared targets.- Car and full driving license is requiredDemand for this role is expected to be high and we invite you to apply if you feel able to achieve the following tasks and have the relevant skills to do so. Events are booked base on your availability.The Responsibilities:Attend events and other public locations with a screening stand to promote Life Balance ChiropracticEducate the general public about Chiropractic (training provided for this) and how it can help support health well-being and better quality of life.Interact with the public on their specific health concerns and sell promotional vouchers and book clients in for an in-clinic assessment.Collection and drop-off of kit at pre-determined locationsTake payments and manage paper trail of salesProvide exceptional service and after-sales service by taking payment promptly and booking their appointment in a timely matterReporting to the management of your key metrics to monitor performance and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing effortsCare for kit and ensure it is kept clean and safeInclusion:CVs arent everything.
