**Business Function**

Group finance provides a shared service to the Group for all locations/divisions. Teams include Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounting, Audit, FP&A and Master Data.

**Role Summary**

Champion and promote continuous improvement in Group Revenue Operations. Deliver change and realise actual benefits. Liaise with the Business and fellow team members to ensure this is achieved. Plan, prepare, and track all improvements and initiatives. Reporton progress and update/create process documentation

**Core Duties/Responsibilities**
- Lead and support with existing improvement initiatives
- Identify new improvement opportunities
- Recording and tracking of all initiatives, including requirements, dependencies, milestones and benefits gained
- Reporting results of all improvements and performance against expected/estimated gains
- Work closely with and support Team Manager to ensure key initiatives are being looked at and prioritised and any impacts are communicated
- Point of contact for process improvements requirements, suggestions, feedback, testing and training
- Management of Revenue Operations Skills Matrix, ensuring appropriate levels of knowledge transfer and training is being provided cross-team on a continuous basis
- Ensure we move towards being ready for implementation of new billing engine
- Management and logging of User Acceptance Testing on all new processes
- Support with BAU responsibilities of the Revenue Operations team as and when required

**Skills, qualifications, knowledge and mobility.**
- Proven experience in Financial processing including some basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- A desire to drive change and improvements, and ability to analyse processes and identify key areas to focus on
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- A familiarity with large ERP systems (desirable but not essential)
- Attention to detail, but with an ability to work efficiently in a high pressure environment
- Able to work to SLAs and deadlines effectively
- Confident and enthusiastic with regards to managing performance and goals

**Mobility Requirements**

Domestic - Occasional travel required within the UK
