HR and Payroll Administrator
We are a successful hospitality group based in Colchester with a number of premium venues across the local area, and new venues due to open. We are looking to recruit a passionate HR and Payroll Administrator to join our Head Office team.
This is a new role developed in response to our growing business, and as such will give the successful applicant an excellent opportunity to grow within the company.
Responsibilities of the successful applicant would include:
- Supporting the Operations Manager with the monthly HR payroll data.
- To prepare all relevant venue and office payroll in an accurate and timely manner
- To verify regular and overtime hours
- To ensure that all starters, change of status and leavers are authorised before preparing them for input
- To prepare and / or verify monthly or quarterly declarations of employee / employer payroll tax liabilities and submit for timely payment
- Provide monthly HR statistics to the Senior Management Team (including; Sickness Absence and Turnover Data)
- Checking new starter paperwork has been correctly uploaded onto the HR system by venue management.
- Supporting Senior Management team in sponsorship processes for overseas team members.
- Responding to employment reference requests for current and previous employees.
- Handling confidential information in line with the company data security protocols.
- Supporting Operations Manager with HR enquiries and escalate as appropriate.
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties as assigned.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: Up to £12.00 per hour
