**The Role**

As a Technical Delivery Administrator with Cantium, you will be responsible for delivering market-leading technical solutions which impact the lives of users nationwide. Reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager, you will work with customers and internalstakeholders to deliver programmes and projects for our customers.

The role requires knowledge and hands-on experience centring on the Azure platform. Knowledge of other products such as Microsoft 365 and architecture domains including Applications, Data, Technology, Security, Service is also beneficial to help developintegrated technical solutions spanning hybrid (data centre and cloud) environments.

**Key Duties**
- Work as part of the Technical Delivery team to deliver on technical projects or programmes within Cantium Business Solution’s portfolio.
- Provide technical assurance ensuring that the agreed quality standards are adhered to, and that best practice is followed.
- Work closely with the Strategy & Architecture, Technical Project Managers and Technical Support teams to ensure solutions are fit for purpose, fit for use.
- Prepare software implementation procedures with fall back contingency plans. Ensure that new versions of system software are properly installed and thoroughly tested.

**What we need from you**
- Level 5 qualification or equivalent?in a relevant technical field.
- Relevant ICT industry recognised qualification to advanced level or equivalent experience.
- ITIL Certified
- A proven track record of a senior position in enterprise system management in a large enterprise or related Service Delivery function.
- Significant experience working on large scale high impact projects.
- Substantial experience of Microsoft products (e.g., Azure, O365) and complimentary technologies (e.g., backup, sizing, migration, monitoring).
- Production of procedural documentation and its use.
