**Location**:

- Recruitment Experience of **no less than 3 years** within either an Internal Recruiter or Recruitment Agency role.
- Experience of Financial Services Recruitment
- You will possess an exceptional sales record, with access to prospects who may be interested in joining from day 1
- You will be highly organised, able to work under your own initiative and be familiar with achieving key objectives set.
- You will possess strong IT Skills
- Right to live and work in the UK (evidence will be required) _- in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006_
- Hold a Valid and full UK Driving Licence
- Educated to at least A Level standard

**Desired Requirements**:
Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Mortgage & Protection sector is highly advantageous.
