The Investment Bank (IB) & Corporate Bank (CB) Central Divisional Control Office (DCO) is responsible for the Operational Risk (OR) management activities across the Division. IB & CB Central comprises of 9000 employees across multiple jurisdictions covering IB & Cross Product Operations, CB Operations, Know Your Customer Operations and Business Financial Crime, ensuring the Division works in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
The team has a mandate to oversee the implementation of risk framework across the Division working closely with Product Aligned Divisional Control Officers to provide an end-to-end consolidated view on Non-Financial risks. You will be given a great opportunity to set an agenda and develop tools that provide a holistic view of risk across IB & CB Central, challenging status quo and defining best practice. Initially the team will consist of one Director and one Vice President supporting the DCO for IB & CB Central in executing on this mandate.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Building and developing a framework for managing the risk profile and Audit portfolio for IB & CB Central
- Working closely with Product Aligned DCO functions to coordinate lessons learnt/ read across exercises as and when incidents or issues occur
- Managing stakeholders closely to validate completeness and accuracy
- Developing risk-based analytics to Senior Management breaking down complexity and efficiency challenges
- Managing and facilitating workshops and meetings promoting a collegial approach to risk management
**Your skills and experience**
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Product Aligned functions and a broad understanding of Deutsche Bank as an Institution
- Extensive experience in a Risk and Control Function (such as Audit background)
- Familiarity with Non-Financial Risk Framework and risk management tools
- Demonstrate strong network and relationship management skills, able to develop and deliver right outcome for the firm
- Strong analytical and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
