This person will have demonstrated an excellent track record of success but is now questioning what the longterm future looks like within their existing role. About you You'll join the Hirecracker team recruiting for one of the following sectors: Finance / Logistics / Hospitality / Customer Service / Health & Safety / Sales / Legal / Office & Administration ? 3+ years of experience in 360 recruitment. ? You must have proven success in new business generation and account management / delivery. ? You will thrive in a KPI driven environment albeit you will dictate your own deliverables. ? Excellent communication skills. ? Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. ? Able to demonstrate strong negotiation techniques. ? Great time management. ? Deliver first class customer service. ? Have an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to share ideas with the team as we look to expand our reach and our services.
