**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide and consolidate data, analysis and insight; including production of monthly management accounts.
- Review and analysis of the monthly management accounts and identify areas that require further investigation to having a clear understanding of variances against prior year and budget.
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts, monthly reconciliations and review. Delivering month end accrual routines.
- Accurately prepare and post accruals, prepayments and margins for each of the subsidiaries on a weekly basis.
- Work alongside the Senior Business partner to advise key stakeholders, by providing financial support, answering any queries and making recommendations.
- Be a strong advocate for the business, continuously driving to refine process efficiency and ensure policy & procedure documentation is up to date, complete and relevant.
- Preparation of allocated month end balance sheet reconciliations ensuring reconciled on a regular basis posting journals as required. Assist on year end statutory accounts preparation
- Assist external auditors with queries and provide accurate information on a timely basis.
- Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required.

**Key Skills and experience**:

- ACCA / CIMA /ACA (Finalist or Newly Qualified)
- Internal customer orientation, with proven experience of facilitating informed decision making
- Positive attitude and keen to learn
- Ideally from a multi-site consumer facing business (Desirable)
- Methodical, accurate and able to meet deadlines
- Advanced and proficient experience using Excel including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups and basic formulas
- Able to communicate at all levels of the business, to a wide range of internal customers
- Excellent numeracy and communication skills
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment
