**Role Overview**:
As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in our agile software development teams, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and support our talented software developers in delivering high-quality products. You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to enable seamless collaboration, continuous improvement, and timely delivery of software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Organize and lead essential agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Ensure that these meetings are productive, collaborative, and focused on achieving team objectives.
- Remove Blockers: Identify and resolve impediments that may hinder the team's progress. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to find effective solutions and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Support Development Teams: Work closely with software development teams, providing guidance on agile practices, encouraging self-organization, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Empower the team to make data-driven decisions and optimize their performance.
- Collaborate with Product Owner: Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog. Facilitate communication between the Product Owner and the development team to align expectations and maintain transparency.
- Coach and Mentor: Coach team members on Agile principles, best practices, and Scrum methodologies. Mentor new team members on Agile processes and help them adapt to our unique work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile coaching role within software development teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and other Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional facilitation skills, enabling productive meetings and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to identify and resolve blockers effectively, with a focus on maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
- Experience with Scrum software development tools and project management software.
- Certifications like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Scrum Master: 1 year (preferred)
