**Scrum Master - up to £65,000 - Hybrid Working (Cardiff based)**

TEKsystems are working in partnership with one of the world's leading financial services organisations who are looking for a Senior - Lead Scrum Master to join one of their many product teams and take autonomy over the Scrum & Agile space.

As a Scrum Master you will be aligned to the business portfolio and have overall responsibility for coordinating and leading technology change teams to success. You will work with teams to remove impediments, facilitate meetings and protect teams to realiseend-to-end delivery of agile projects which is measured through pace and quality metrics.

Your role will include but is not limited to:

- Improving the quality, pace and delivery of key projects through the management and organisation of the scrum team
- Implementing and championing agile working and mentor individuals on effective project management
- Assisting the senior management on strategy and key decision making based on department resource and giving accurate estimations on delivery
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues and promoting a learning culture to encourage teams to make positives steps to working in an agile culture
- Planning and coordinating activities to manage and implement complex projects
- Planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting on activities related to the projects

What We’re Looking For:

- A proven track record as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in financial or regulated services
- You will be able to show experience in delivering multiple projects across multiple business units in an Enterprise Environment
- An extensive level of experience in the use of Agile, Waterfall and/or Hybrid methodologies
- You will hold PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalents and be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Skills That Will Help You In The Role:

- An Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) or AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification would be ideal
- Experience with cross-regional technology delivery or delivering technical changes
- A broad knowledge in financial services technology and policies
- Evidence of excellent communication, reporting, risk and issue management skills

They are operating in a hybrid model with once a week in the office in Cardiff.
