The post holder will be working as part of the Local team to deliver a Workforce Transformation Programme that reflects HEE strategic priorities. This will include leading projects that require working with external stakeholders to deliver innovative new approaches to education, training, workforce and employment models.

The post holder will work collaboratively with stakeholders both internally across HEE and externally with Integrated Care Systems, Arms Length Bodies, Education Providers and other key partners to drive the delivery of the strategy across the region, and to ensure the delivery of the agreed outcomes within the timescales.

The post holder will be required to manage a distinct workstream within the Programme, and is likely to have line management responsibilities and to work as part of a matrix of strategic leaders within HEE and across provider and commissioning landscapes.

You will have the flexibility to respond rapidly to changing priorities and to work in a highly complex political environment.

Salary Progression

Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 8a with a full-time starting salary of £54,223 with a pay step increase after 5 years’ service.
