**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for an Area Chef Manager to join our passionate and driven Catering team based at our client’s site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To support the achievement of the company goals of fantastic food and service, maximising sales, site retention and achieving profitability levels for our clients and company.
- To support the achievement of the operation’s team departmental goals of:

- Operating and retaining profitable businesss
- Maximising team members and client relationships
- Consistently exceeding expectations of food and service standards
- Management and control for all food production in the site you are covering, over all shifts and in line with company standards and specifications
- Conducting full cash handovers at the commencement of cover and again at the end of the cover period
- Completion of all company bookwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain local personnel records including all absenteeism/ holidays/ training, whilst covering that unit
- Induction for new starters and delivery of the statutory unit training plan for the rest of the team whilst covering that unit

**About You**:

- Qualifications needed: 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalents
- Must have suitable chef and management experience, preferably in the contract catering industry
- Must be computer literate
- Must be willing to work 5 days over 7, variable shifts
- Must have own transport and full driver’s license
