Simply Eco Limited seek an experienced and competent, Domestic Retrofit Assessor, the role will include undertaking a Retrofit Assessment; assessing the existing gas boiler and heating system, any Insulation measures, drawing up accurate floor plans of the property and conducting site specific assessments.
- Must be a DEA, holding a Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment
- Must have completed the Retrofit Assessor 2 day Upskill Course
- Must have independant Trustmark Registration through an Accreditation scheme
- Have a full, clean driving licence, own vehicle for transport
- Available to start immediately and Target Driven
- Must be courteous and polite
- Able to work well individually and liaise with our team

**The Roles**
- Ideally, undertaking a few Retrofit Assessments, daily.
- Our Team will arrange all your appointments and provide you access to Diary Management Software to streamline your day.
- Your working hours will range between 8:30am and 5:30pm
- Some degree of flexibility is required as some evening and weekend appointments may need to be undertaken.

**Salary breakdown**:£150 per assessment.

We cover a 60-70 mile radius from West Midlands, with estimated earning for assessors, over £2000, weekly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £150.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Retrofit Assessment: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence & own vehicle (preferred)
- Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment (DipDEA) (preferred)
- Retrofit Assessor certification (preferred)
- Independant Trustmark Registration (through ECMK or Stroma) (preferred)
