Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Retrofit Energy Assessor to assess domestic properties, determine their energy efficiency and provide recommendations for improvements. The ideal candidate will produce all the relevant documentation and reports and upload them to company's system.

Applications from Retrofit Energy Assessors who also have experience and the relevant qualifications to complete Air Pressure Tests, are also welcome. The candidate must have experience and the relevant qualifications to complete Air Pressure Tests using the Pulse Air Pressure Test system which will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Pre and Post Energy Assessments, and when applicable Pulse Air Pressure Tests on residential properties

  • Analyse energy usage and identify areas for improvement

  • Provide energy efficiency advice to homeowners and tenants

  • Generate detailed reports outlining assessment findings and recommendations

  • Collaborate with clients to implement energy-saving measures

  • Keep abreast of industry regulations and standards

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation skills to communicate effectively with clients

  • Sales acumen to promote energy-saving solutions

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in IT tools for report generation and data analysis

  • Fluency in English

  • Effective time management skills to meet assessment deadlines

  • Customer service orientation to address client inquiries and concerns

  • Organisational skills to manage assessment schedules efficiently

  • Drive and motivation to excel in the field of energy assessment
